The Valor® BD-3 squat stands are adjustable to fit each person's height. The H-frame bases allow for a stable stance while in use, and safety catch bars are available for emergency needs. Rubber end caps provide added protection and stability.
I like this alot! I Turned my garage into a work studio and this portable squat stand is great to push aside when I need to get to work. If you are concerned with space, this is one to get. When you have a bench with attached stands, you really can't move it anywhere and it always takes space. I like to work out and put it asside when im done. I use the portable work bench for people to sit on. I like it alot but I think it is a bit pricey. With shipping, tax and all that jazz, it was about 0.00. I paid for it because I cancelled my gym and wanted to get back to working out and it works for me.
