Of all the adjustable dumbells out there, POWERBLOCKS are the best. They are easy to use and adjust, but they should win an award for product design and function. You can have a set and stand in your living room, and they blend in well with anything. They are EXTREMELY well made and seem to be of the highest possible quality.
